Choose Fairness

Gender Fair has added nonprofits to its series of fairness rankings. This complements the indexes we have created for public companies as well as colleges & universities. Our rankings cover a universe of 20,000 organizations, each with 50 or more employees. The nonprofit sector experiences challenges when it comes to gender balanced leadership, equal pay and diversity--and needs to do better. Use these ratings to make sure the nonprofits you support align with your values of equality. We encourage all organizations to use our custom rankings to raise the bar on fairness, and we welcome your feedback. Our hope is that the act of charitable giving can be better informed so that fairness is better rewarded.
